All orders in the UK are sent via The Royal Mail w/ Signature. * Express Mail, Overnight Shipping are available for a fee. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed which may take 5 - 14 days. I am happy to ship using a faster method, note an additional charge may apply.

Buyer is responsible for any import/custom charges. International Signed are recommended for added speed and online tracking.
Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays occurring due to carrier, misstatement of your shipping address, damages that occur during shipment and your destination’s customs.

Please understand that every item is handmade and usually made to order; we ask that you allow up to 14 working days for production prior to dispatch, unless otherwise noted in the listing.

If you are ordering something as a gift and need it by a certain date please contact me and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Custom orders also can take up to 5-10 days extra if changes are made to the design. This allows for minor adjustments with sizing, setting custom gem stones, requested lengths of chain etc.

I will ship to your address as it is listed on your Etsy invoice and am not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. If it's a gift, I can ship to the special persons address with delivery confirmation and personal note. Let me know as soon as you make your purchase.
