Every doormat made at Jameson Design Co is painted using highly pressurized painting guns. Since our paint is sprayed on rather than the more popular method of dabbing paint on with a paint brush, our paint is able to seep all the way into the fibers for maximum color coverage and vibrancy without being smashed down. Every doormat is painted with outdoor strength paint to help prevent fading and wear. An extra layer of protection is added with a clear waterproofer. All of our doormats are made from 100% coir with a non-slip latex backing and are ½” thick.

Custom and personalized orders

We are happy to work with customized orders! All of our doormats are 100% customizable. This includes the doormat color itself. All doormats can have a base coat in any of our 29 paint colors. We are happy to add in your family member's names, last name, wedding est date, anything you would like! Want to make something smaller or even larger? We can do that! You can have multiple colors of paint in your designs if you would like as well. They don’t have to be all one color. Don't hesitate to message us. We love creating new ideas and helping with designs until we find the design you love. DON’T SEE A DESIGN YOU LIKE? Coir, also called coconut fibre, is a natural fibrous material found between the hard, internal shell and the outer husk of a coconut. It’s fibers have a rough texture making them perfect for heavy duty usage in doormats.

There are 7 size options- 18”x30”, 24”x36”, 18”x48”, 24”x48”, 24”x60”, 24”x72” and 36”x72”. All doormats are ½” thick. If you are needing a custom size, please contact us so we can make one that fits your space!

It’s beautiful and very vibrant!! But since I don’t have a covered porch, it gets wet. And the rug I have under it is brown now from the brown of the natural unpainted part. So that’s a bummer but I’m hoping it’s just a one time thing and I can wash the rug under it.
