Returns and exchanges offered on items that have been damaged in transit or incorrectly processed by us. The item must be in original condition to receive returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days. Items must be returned within 30 days of notice.
If the item was broken or damaged in shipment clear photographic evidence will need to be provided of both the damaged item and packaging.
