Returning Goods From Outside The EU Returns made from outside of the EU must be returned marked as "Merchandise being returned to original seller for refund" on the customs form. If the package is marked incorrectly it would ensure the package be delayed by customs and a 20% fee plus £8 handling charge payable. This unfortunately would be deducted from any refund due. Marking the packaging correctly would ensure the package would not be stopped at customs and no fee would be applied therefore your refund could be made swiftly!

Please send me you uncropped photo via the private message system on Etsy. Please choose a photo that is clear, with the individual clearly positioned with plenty of room around their head so I can secure the glass dome. Please be aware that once I have created your charm I cannot change the photo if you decide you do not like the photo you originally sent, so make sure you are certain before sending me the photo for your order.

Processing and shipping times

All items are handmade by myself and I ask for 2 to 3 weeks to complete an order. Once completed I will send you a picture of your finished order. If you require an item by a specific date, please contact me prior to ordering. I aim to have your order completed and posted within the time stated above, once I have posted your item the actual delivery time will depend on the postal service, I always post:- UK- First class - 1-3 working days UK- First class signed (on higher purchase orders) - 1-3 working days International signed and tracked - 10 working days, but can take up to 6 weeks (this can be longer if the parcel is held up by customs, which is out of my control)
