All items are shipped from Kranidi, Greece by Hellenic Postal Service (ELTA), by International First Priority Mail. You'll receive your parcel from your National Post Carrier. *DHL EXPRESS Shipping upgrade, but first you can contact me for an financial offer. UNCLAIMED PARCELS If your parcel return back to me marked as "Unclaimed" "Wrong address" or "Unknown", you will have to pay the shipping cost again for me to send it a second time to you. No refunds on auto-returned parcels. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FEES Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping and package are available. Package: Depending on the size you receive your order wrapped with wrap eco paper and adorned with a ribbon. For reasons of economy and convenience in the postal services, the baskets are mailed in flat packaging.

The baskets are woven with cotton threads. They are hand or machine washable (wool cycle) with lukewarm water and a mild detergent. Leave them to dry on a flat surface. Do not use a dryer.

What is the return procedure?

You have 14 days from item delivery to ship this item back to the me. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
