Organic Vegan Lip Balm: All-Natural Foodgrade Calming Salve ~ All-purpose First aid Balm [5 + 1 FREE]

A food grade chapstick / lipstick / lipbalm, all-natural, all-organic, with unrefined, pure ingredients, to get the most out of it.

An all-time-classic, standard formula that I keep in my menu, with main purpose the rapid healing of chapped lips / skin.

Αt the same time, Akira's lip balm is a must-have portable product to deal with any unexpected experience (skin troubles) while being outdoors.

If you are not a big fun of cosmetics-'beauty' products containing synthetic colors, but still would like to give a little shine to your lips, this product is great for you since it slightly brightens the skin naturally and offers a super feeling of happiness with its revitalizing properties.

It comes in a plastic tube of 5 ml (NET weight).

The formula:

~ Shea butter (Butyrospermum parkii), one of the very well-known ingredients for the healing of chapped lips and skin generally, not only provides deep moisturizing properties and helps in maintaining skins' elasticity, but at the same time it provides protection from UV rays.

~ Cocoa (Theobroma cacao) seed butter is an excellent skin moisturizer and a great source of natural antioxidants and fatty acids, which leads to the prevention of skin dryness, itching and peeling.

~ The unrefined coconut (Cocos nucifera) oil has a smoothing and softening effect. It provides a protective barrier, shielding skin from environmental toxins and dirt we are faced with every day. It is able to reduce temporary redness of skin, as well as to diminish the signs of aging.

~ Candelilla (Euphorbia cerifera) wax (the vegan alternative to beeswax) is a synthetics-free emollient and nourishing skin conditioner, that has been found to improve the appearance of skin, diminish the signs of aging (i.e. wrinkles and age spots) and relieve dehydrated skin; it gives the desirable consistency to the final product (and the addition of cocoa butter in the summer keeps it safer from higher temperatures and from melting).

~ The essential oils work as stimulant and rejuvenating and give a refreshing and healthy taste. :) Of course, they are chosen in the first place because of their ability to heal chapped skin/lips.

Useful tips:

~ It can also be used as first aid salve, since it was found to work really effective against cold sores and different kinds of irritation, such as burns, bruises, even insect bites. (My experience actually was after a wasp sting! I was amazed how quickly the pain and the irritation went away.) So, make sure you have it with you before leaving the house. ;)

~ Additionally, it could help people with acne, if used οn a daily basis, because of its soothing and calming properties.

I don't make big batches, in order for the products to always be sold and remain fresh for long time.
Therefore right now, there is only one version anailable.

PLEASE Κeep it in a dry place (room temperature) and, if outdoors, make sure not to expose it directly in the sun, especially during hot days. It doesn't spoil easily, but it may lose its fine quality and texture.
