⭐️ Polymer clay is incredibly lightweight so you will barely even feel like you’re wearing it!

♻️ Eco-friendly: There is zero wastage involved in making the earrings - every piece of clay is used! Also, recycled packaging is used when possible to deliver your item(s). I encourage you to recycle the packaging again if you can.

The Ava earrings feature REAL freshwater pearls, stainless steel earring posts and push backs.

Please note that there might be slight variations in the colour of your piece(s) due to the lighting in the photograph.

Also note that there might be differences between each jewellery piece and uneven surfaces. This is all part of the charm of clay - embrace the imperfections! 🤗

CARING FOR YOUR CLAY JEWELLERY

* Do not submerge in water.

* To clean your jewellery use a slightly damp cloth or nail polish remover on a cotton pad.

* Do not bend or drop from a tall height.

*If your jewellery has brass/gold-plate elements, please ensure it’s not kept in a humid environment (such as a bathroom). If your jewellery becomes tarnished, rub it with a micro fibre cloth or tarnish remover - but make sure to hold onto the connecting jump ring when rubbing to prevent the clay from snapping.

RETURNS
If you need to return your order, please return it in the same condition it was received within 7 days of receiving it. I will either correct the issue and send the item(s) back or provide a full refund if that is preferred. For a full refund the product must be in the exact same condition it was received. Shipping charges are not refunded.

DAMAGE INCURRED DURING SHIPPING
If the shipping box appears damaged, please take images of the box prior to opening. If the contents of the box are damaged, please take images of the damaged product. Contact me using the ‘Ask a question’ button on my Etsy shop to notify me of the damages and I will do my best to get you a replacement order out as soon as possible.

Delivery time will vary but can take between 7-14 business days.
For deliveries outside of the EU:
Any customs taxes or fees levied to the buyer upon receipt of the product will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees vary greatly depending on the buying location and I am not able to estimate them.
