★3 suitable for foods recycable PET pet bottles filled with 50 ml or 1,69 oz each of my Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil from our olive Grove in Kalamata Peloponnese. My Extra Virgin Olive oil is produced from the acclaimed Koroneiki Variety olives.
The olives are picked up by hands and at the same day are cold pressed and malaxed for 15 minutes and that have as result in the produced olive oil being full of flavor with a light bitter taste and a delicate aroma of freshly grounded olives with a unique deep green color.

★We begin collecting the olives at the end of November. The olives pick up by hands and stored in big tags with water and sea salt for at least 6 months in order to lose their intense bitterness. After this period the olives are ready for use. They have a wonderfull sweet taste. Then I put them in big glasses Jars with olive oil, salt, and herbs. When you order i fill pet jars with olives, add fresh olive oil and ship to yo9u.

★ How can you eat them
You can make a salad with tomato, cucumber, onion, feta cheese, (knowed as "xoriatiki salad"), you can add at the pasta sauge, at the pizza, at your martini (the green one),or you can eat them from the jar.
I'm not sure if you will be able to stop eating them when you taste them!!!

Herbs

★ Wild Thyme collected with the hands from the Greece mountains.

Thyme is a thin bushy plant with a height of 10-30 cm. Its branches are small and woody, and its leaves are 4-10 mm long.
The flowers are 3-7 mm long and pink or lilac. All parts of the plant have a pleasant aromatic aroma and taste. It is native and we find it in Mediterranean countries
In Greece we use it for its fragrance.

✦ It has a strong and slightly spicy taste, so it is advisable to use it sparingly. You can use It to to flavor meats, fish, pies, pasta, soups, various sauces (eg tomatoes) and cheeses (mainly creams).

✦Tea Receipe : Pour 1 teaspoon of thyme into a pot of water and bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and drink it with a little bit of honey.

★ Wild Oregano collected with the hands from the Greek Dirfys mountain.
Oregano It is an aromatic herbaceous, perennial and shrubby plant. About 75% of oregano species are found in the eastern Mediterranean.
It has a height of 20-80 cm.

✦ The word "oregano" comes from the Greek "oros" and "ganos" which means bright, so oregano means bright mountain.


✦The uses of oregano are many.
We the Greeks peope we use the oregano In the kitchen with a lot of ways.
You can use it to flavor olive oil, in a salad with tomatoes, cucumber, olives, onion, and feta cheese Knowned as "choriatiki salad" , in pasta sauces, in grilled or BRQ meat or simple pour on roast bread with extra virgin olive oil.
Its taste will drive you crazy!!!!
