Can I Create a custom order?

Absolutely! If you would like to make any changes to a design or would like to create a new design just click on “Request Custom Order” on my shop’s home page and listing pages. I will get back to you ASAP with details on how I can create your design that your HEART desires! Custom designs start at $20.00.

Where do I put all my details?

On each listing, there is a “+ Personalization” button, this is where you will list certain details about your custom item. The instruction on each listing varies so please follow them carefully. If you are uncertain about something please feel free to message me with any questions via Etsy.

What font do you use on your design?

My shop policy is I don't share the names of fonts I use on my designs. They are considered "trade secrets." I spend many hours researching and dollars on pouring over many sits finding premium fonts so I can create the best design for you.

- Acrylic: 5”x7” with a 1/8” thickness Acrylic Clear Base: 2"x3" with a 1/2" thickness
- Font available in many colors
- Made from high quality grade acrylic
- Chose between Glossy White, Glossy Black, Clear, Matte White, or Matte Black
- This listing is for one table number sign, unless otherwise specified you will receive numbers 1 - the quality given. For example, if your wedding has 10 tables, you will need to order a quantity of 10 and will receive numbers 1-10

NOTE
Please handle item with care! When cleaning your acrylic, please carefully wipe down with a dry, soft cloth (preferably a microfiber cloth) to remove dust or particles. I recommend keeping your sign in the bubble wrap it comes in until ready for use.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
My processing time varies from item to item in my shop, so please check out each listing items “Shipping & Returns” section. There are different shipping methods & transit times to choose from at checkout so please choose accordingly. Also be aware there can be delays in transit at times. I wish I could control the situation, and I could get it to you in the timeframe given but sometimes stuff happens such as holidays, carrier delays, etc. which can slow delivery times. The best advice I can give you is to order early or request a “RUSH ORDER” if you need your item fast.

**** Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico do not qualify for free shipping and are responsible for shipping charges. ****

***DAMAGED PRODUCT***
In the event your item is damaged when you receive it DO NOT reach out to the delivery service. If you contact them before me, I cannot guarantee a replacement. I need the following information to claim the shipment, your phone number and 6 photos:

1. Damaged item inside the box displayed as it arrived to you.
2. Packaging material used.
3. Damaged item outside of the box.
4. A close-up of the shipping label with tracking number.
5. 1 photo displaying the top and 2 sides.
6. 1 photo displaying the bottom and the opposite sides.

Once I have all the information listed above, I will send a replacement depending on the situation.
