Production Time/Delays in Delivery

Depending on the time the order was placed, we usually have items in the mail the same day or the next day. Your order will be sent using the delivery method selected. A delivery estimate is provided by Etsy, but is not a guarantee. Unfortunately we cannot be held liable for any delivery delays once an order is shipped. If an item takes longer than expected to be delivered, it is not until USPS declares it Lost/Missing that a refund is issued. Also important to note, if USPS doesn't scan the package upon pickup, the tracking will say "Pre Transit" until either a USPS employee does scan it, their system updates, etc.

Redelivery & Incorrect Address

We will always send items to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is correct before confirming your order as we may not be able to send to a different address. (Many times we have items in the mail the same day the order was placed.) REDELIVERY/FAILED DELIVERY If the delivery address was incorrect/invalid or USPS is unable to deliver, then your order will be returned back to us. We can arrange a redelivery of your item, however, our standard delivery charges will apply again to this new delivery.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order, or an item within your order has been received faulty, damaged or incorrect then please get in touch with us through the Etsy message system. Please include your Order Number and a Photo of the item in question. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Depending on the issue, we may request that items are returned back to us for further investigation. If you contact us outside of this timeframe then we may be unable to help.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We are unable to offer a return, exchange or refund on any personalized/custom orders. Large orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Theft & Missing Packages Marked as Delivered

We are not responsible for stolen items. The buyer is responsible for having a safe and secured location for delivery. If a package is marked as delivered but no where to be seen, there are a few steps you can take to try finding the package: -Take a deep breath, the package usually turns up. -Give it some time because sometimes they mark packages as "delivered" a day or two early when it is still on its way to you. -Check with family members, neighbors, etc to see if someone has it by mistake. -Get in touch with your local post office and request the GPS coordinates of where they delivered the package. -Go onto usps.com and fill out a Help Request Form. -Submit a Missing Mail search request if the package still hasn't arrived.

This beautiful bracelet is made from African recycled glass and 95 paracord (pictured in navy). There are two options to choose from: 4 faceted glass beads or 5 round glass beads arranged in a gradual darkest to lightest arrangement. The bracelet is adjustable to fit most.

Each glass bead is unique and will vary from the picture shown. Makes for a nice one of a kind bracelet. The sliding knot will be stiff at first but over time will become looser.

The process used in making these beads has been done for over a thousand years. They collect a variety of old glass bottles, sort them by color and crush them to powdered glass. Next, they put the pulverized glass into clay molds and heat in a furnace. A cassava stem is used to make the hole of each bead.
