All orders are custom and made to order! Each order takes about a week to two weeks depending on the quantity! if product is made soon we will ship it out as soon as possible!

How long do freshies last

Freshies can last from 2 weeks to a month depending on scent and temperature in your area. Some scents aren’t as strong as others and may not last as long. Freshies will put off a strong scent when they are warmer!

If your item has not been delivered 14 days after shipped date, package maybe lost in mail, Contact United States Postal Service, File a claim for Lost Package we will not replace items if lost package claim has not been done.

Why does my freshie have a yellow tint?

Your freshie may have a yellow tint because the scent you picked has a yellow tint to it making the freshie yellow when adding color to the freshie it will only eliminate some of the yellow tint.

Why can't I smell my freshie?

When shipping out each of out freshies we make sure the freshie is to our standards, If your freshie no longer smells to you, you can either be nose blind to it or you didn't pick a strong even scent for you. Nose Blind: you got used to the scent you picked and you can no longer smell it. If you can't smell it have someone else smell it who hasn't been around it. If they can't smell it we will send you a return label to send it back and we will figure out a solution from there. However if it is 2 weeks after customer received item we will not replace it or refund.

When will my packaged get delivered/ shipped?

We wont know the exacted date of everyone's orders, however we do have them shipped out before your estimated shipment date. If there is a complication or question we will reach out to you.

Hang only: Always hang your freshie – laying it flat may cause damage.
Dark colors: Darker freshies are more prone to melting in higher temperatures.
Shipping & Lost Packages:
We are not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages. If your package has not arrived 14 days after the shipping date, it may be lost in the mail. Please contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) and file a claim for the lost package. We cannot replace items unless a lost package claim has been filed with USPS.
