This print was all hand illustrated by me, and inspired by my work with students as a school social worker. I created this tool to help kids and teenagers identify coping skills that work for them at school and at home when they are experiencing feelings of anger, sadness and anxiety. I was always looking for a tool like this when working with students and was never able to find a good visual for them, so I created one. Great for hanging in a classroom or social work office, or in a child's bedroom as a daily reminder of their tools.

In order to get best results, use quality paper for printing. If printing at home, use heavy white cardstock. If printing through a shop, I recommend a using 110 lb white cardstock.
