MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:
Production typically takes 2-4 business days from the date of proof approval. Packages usually arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. Destination will determine transit time. During the holidays, production times will be extended to 7+ business days.

Paper products (invitations, stationery, etc) are printed and shipped directly to you from my printer in Alabama. Gift items (mugs, tote bags, etc) are printed and shipped to you from my vendor in Arizona. Greeting cards, stickers, and laser engraved products are made and shipped by me from Greenville, NC.

Due to the nature of the custom, made-to-order products in my shop, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact me so we can come up with a solution. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery to have a replacement item shipped. Photo proof of damage is required for refunds and/or replacements.

International shipping is available for most items. Please note that delivery can take up to 21 days when shipping internationally and tracking information is sometimes limited.

If your package says delivered but you haven't received it yet, please check with your neighbors and local post office. We are unable to refund orders that are marked "delivered" by the mail carrier. We are unable to refund orders that are lost due to an incorrect address used at checkout. You will need to file a claim with USPS if your item is lost or misdelivered.
