I most certainly do, I also offer discounted pricing on bulk orders with a minimum of 50 individual pieces of the same charm. Your order will also have free priority shipping with paid insurance to ensure nothing happens to your charms. Please shoot me a message to get started!

Do you make your charms from scratch?

I used to make many charms from scratch (resin and clay) but once my sales started to drive up I have been looking elsewhere to help me out. I have a new assistant who helps me make different products, paint and drill them. I am trying to find new ways to not take too long on getting an order out to customers. I have many molds that I use and I also purchase charms and then paint and embellish them myself. Sometimes I alter them with my different drill attachments as well. I like to have fun with it and see in what new ways I can create to save myself time and energy and to also make sure you get your product in a timely manner.

How is my order going to be packaged?

We use several different kinds of biodegradable bubble wrap, chipboard and card board boxes, and bubble wrap bags. Typical orders will be put in a box that is lined with bubble wrap, sealed and the outside of the box is wrapped tightly with large bubble wrap to protect it during shipment. We try to "over" package every single order, because you never know when your package will come in contact with a 20 pound box during shipment. We are proud to say we rarely have broken charms during shipment.

What happens if my charms break during shipment or my package is lost in the mail?

We will always work with you, no matter what. If you have broken charms from shipment just let us know with a picture and we will either replace the charms or give you a refund for the broken charms. For packages that get lost in the mail, we do the same thing, but we always give the post office 2 weeks for delivery of first class mail packages first. If your order is $80 or above we always put shipping insurance with shipsurnace.com on your total order so you can rest assured that you will be fully covered. If your order is less than $80 and you still want shipping insurance, you can purchase the listing directly from our store. We pride ourselves on great customer service, so please direct message us with any questions or concerns.

> DESCRIPTION < These cute pastel boy gender charms are made from dyed resin, a type of liquid hardened organic plastic. These charms are perfect for necklaces, zipper pulls, keychains, charm bracelets or as a cute gift for the crafter in your life.

> SIZE < Charm measures 1 inch long.

> AMOUNT < Listing is for 2 or 10 charms of a single color from the dropdown menu. If you choose: "All 6 (Singles)" you will receive one of each color.

> HOOK < Each charm comes with a silver hook in the top by default. If you would like a different color hook like gold, ice silver or bronze please go to this link:

https://www.etsy.com/listing/1023734992/2pc-or-10pc-add-gold-bronze-or-ice?ref=shop_home_active_1&frs=1

Each hook is screwed in and you can unscrew the hook if you like, especially if the charm isn't facing the direction you would prefer. Make sure to unscrew counter clockwise to not break the hook inside the resin. Please note that because of jostling during shipment that sometimes screws can come out, but by using your hand you can screw them back in.

> USE WITH KIDS < If the charms are being used for children it is advisable to glue these hooks in with either Gorilla Glue or E6000 Glue. At this time we do not offer to glue in the hooks.

> EARRINGS < You can also have this listing made into earrings. Please contact us via a message to make these charms into earrings.

> SHIPPING < Ships in 1-5 days form the continental United States. Don't forget if you spend $35 you get free First Class Domestic shipping. If you need your order sent out immediately please send us a message asap.

Really lightweight and the hooks are sturdy - I used them on a necklace but they could work really well for earrings, too!
