My Ornaments and Tree Toppers come in complimentary sturdy white gift storage boxes with a coordinating ribbon, ready to give as a gift and sturdy enough to store any time of year. This way you can peek at the art and wrap it back up easily if your gifting! Some paintings and plaques will come with an option to purchase a gift box, ribbon and note. I will gladly include a KittyCat note card with your message written along with your order at your request.

Custom orders take 10 to 42 days lead time from when I have your order, payment, information and your kitty pictures. Please check on each individual item. I require your approval on the finished artwork via Etsy messages prior to mailing. I may have questions during the creative process. Please check your messages frequently to keep the process timely. I prefer to work at a fast organized pace. Custom Art is always shipped Insured or Priority Mail USPS, First Class International or Priority Mail International. Yes you actually can return your custom art if you are not happy for a refund minus shipping costs!

Personalization is adding your cat's name, dates or quote to an already completed piece of art. You may also request a nose or eye color change. When available, find it in the pull down menu. I ship within 1 to 3 days of your order. Type your personalization in the designated personalization box or in Etsy messages. I will spell exactly as you write it, so please double check your spelling! I do not require approval for personalization prior to mailing. I may or may not show you the finished personalization via Etsy messages, only if you request to see it prior to mailing.

Ornaments and Tree Toppers can be wiped clean with a damp towel.
Kitty tails and legs are somewhat fragile, so please handle with care. Push tree toppers down onto the tree by the body center or the spirals.

Since a lot of my art is one of a kind, you may find something you love in my sold items. Message me and see if i can make another for you!

If your art arrives damaged please photograph the damaged box and art, and email the pictures to KittyCat Art Studio, so I may issue you a refund and file a claim for damage. I may ask you to return the art to me postage paid.

I will always refund shipping cost overages to you, that may occur to the nearest dollar. I do this at the time I am shipping your multiple items to you.
