What are your packs filled with?

We use a combination of rice and flax seed as we find this the best combination for both heat retention and moist heat.

Do you use synthetic scents?

Absolutely not! When requesting lavender or chamomile, please know that we use only real flower buds and essential oils, never synthetic scents.

If I want unscented, does it truly have no scent?

We add no additional scents when unscented is chosen. You may encounter a faint scent of cooked rice when heating your pack. It is mild and has been compared to baked bread.

How long does it take to heat the pack?

Since microwaves vary in wattage, there is no absolute set time. Detailed directions are adhered to the product packaging.

How cold do they get when used as cold packs?

Our packs will feel nice and cool, but they will not be ice cold like a gel pack. We recommend using the fleece side when using as a hot pack and the cotton side as a cold pack.

How do I care for my heat pack?

Use a very damp cloth to spot clean the outside, even using a fabric spray cleaner when necessary. Do not submerge in water. A pack is automatically sanitized each time it is microwaved.

How long will my heating pad last?

If well taken care of, our hot cold packs should last for several years at least.

When you desperately need a cool down, just take the Cold Neck Wrap and XL Eye Pack out of the freezer and relax with them for about 10 minutes. Can use warm or cool as self care anxiety relief, relaxation. Use the drop down menu to purchase cool or hot wraps individually or save with the two piece set!

Neck Cold Pack measures approximately 20" x 5". XL Eye Pack comes in around 7" x 11". Both the Neck Wrap and XL Eye Pillow are filled with rice anf flaxseed that work as ice packs when left in the freezer. These cold packs don't 'sweat' like typical ice packs yet deliver comfortable coolness.

For extra cold relxation, wear the packs with the cotton fabric side toward the skin. This allows the cold to penetrate easily through the thinner fabric. The outside fleece side works as an insulator to keep cold packs colder, longer.

Cold Wrap Set will come to you unscented unless otherwise requested. If you would like lavender or chamomile added to your cold packs, just let us know in message to seller when you check out.

Our cold packs are very versatile. When not needed for a chill down, they work just as great when warmed in the microwave and used as heat packs.****Please Note**** Fabrics 6 and 8 will have coordinating fabric for the eye pillow portion of the set.
