The best way to take excellent care of your new item is to remember these few tips below. Follow them, and your MoviTees appeal will last a long time with the same bright-looking colors. Machine wash cold (Initial water temperature should not exceed 85F or 30C), inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. NO fabric softeners. Hang-dry is best. Tumble dry low at own risk (max. 10-15 min.). DO NOT dry clean. Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Once we have confirmed an updated address with you, we would be happy to re-ship your order at your expense. Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and will be donated to charity after 14 days. Lost in transit - all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
