Unfortunately, I cannot offer returns, exchanges, and/or cancellations due to the nature of digital products. But, please let me know if there is any issue with your DigitalsByLiz product so we can work out a resolution!

How are digital downloads delivered?

Once payment is confirmed by Etsy, your digital download will become available! How to download the files included in your purchase: 1. Log into Etsy through a browser, such as Safari. PLEASE NOTE: The Etsy app does not support downloading digital products at this time. 2. Navigate to Your Account > Purchases & Reviews. 3. Locate your order with DigitalsByLiz and click the download button next to the files you would like to download. If you checked out as a Guest on Etsy, you should receive an email from Etsy about your order with the download links. What is a digital planner/notebook?

Digital planners and digital notebooks are similar to physical planners and physical notebooks, however everything is digital! Digital planners and notebooks from DigitalsByLiz are delivered to you as a hyperlinked PDF file(s) that you import into a PDF annotation app on a compatible device. These PDF annotation apps make it easy to add text to the pages and even write on them if you have a stylus, just as you may with a physical planner/notebook! Embedded clickable hyperlinks (such as the monthly tabs) in the digital planner/notebook makes it quick and easy to navigate to different pages!

What do I need in order to use digital stickers from DigitalsByLiz?

Our digital stickers are meant to be used with any digital notebook/planner/etc.! Unless otherwise specified in the product listing, your DigitalsByLiz digital sticker purchase comes in at least 2 of the following formats: • .ZIP file folder containing pre-cropped PNG files for each sticker • .GOODNOTES file with the pre-cropped stickers (only for use in Goodnotes 5/6) • .COLLECTION Goodnotes Elements (only for use in Goodnotes 5/6) These digital stickers are not recommended to be printed.
