What is Argentium 935 Silver?

Argentium Silver is a superior version of Sterling Silver, with a higher silver content and added Germanium. Germanium is a precious metal that makes the Argentium extra hypoallergenic and tarnish resistant. Many people who are allergic to Sterling Silver can wear Agrentium with no problems :) It is brighter and shinier than Sterling, which makes for lovely gleaming jewellery and tools! And it really needs polishing far less often. We love it, and I'm sure you will too :)

What is 14k Gold Fill?

Gold Filled jewellery has a thick layer of 14k Gold over a Brass core. It is very different to Gold plated metals, where the gold layer can be less than a micron thick! Gold Filled jewellery behaves just like solid gold - it is hypoallergenic, it won't peel or wear off, and with a little care it can last for life. It is a great budget-friendly alternative to solid Gold.

This fix-it kit is adorably small and portable. Keep it with you for those little emergencies!

It's so satisfying to have tools that are as lovely as the things you make with them.

Hand forged, highly polished, and presented in a Merino-lined Fizzy Stitches tin.

The needle and hook are 35mm long and can accommodate most yarn weights.
They hang on an openable silver ring, which can be used as a marker or stitch holder (so useful for saving those dropped stitches!). You could even use it as a pin for your favourite lace shawl, or hang the set on a silver chain for easy access.

Another great item from Fizzy Stitches. I have the larger set but this is so compact and is great for those last little bits of yarn to weave in when you don't have much yarn left. Steph and Paddy make high quality products and are wonderful to work with.
