The process...
I start by printing my design with message on locally sourced recycled paper and applying it to the front of the Kraft card.

To make the fused glass sun catcher I use fireable paper which is hand painted . The shape is then placed between layers of glass before I carefully place it into the kiln and fire it at 810 degrees. Each piece sits in the kiln for around 20 hours and as they are handmade, each one may be slightly different.

The fused glass keepsake is placed on the card and secured, however can easily be removed after the occasion.
