By purchasing digital files in HappyMebyLENIE, YOU MAY: - Change the size, color, and placing of the design to suit your needs. - Use my design to create PHYSICAL PRODUCT to give as gifts or to sell as a small business up to 500 sales per design. If you think you'll sell more than 500, you may purchase our Extended License for an additional 1000 sales, or unlimited! (small and commercial use) YOU CANNOT: - Alter, modify or resell my digital files. - Delete anything or change the font used in my designs. - Claim my designs as your own. - Use or share my designs to print-on-demand websites. Purchasing files in HappyMebyLENIE doesn't guarantee that you own the design. All rights remain with and designs are property of HappyMebyLENIE.

What file formats that I will be receiving and where can I use it?

You will be receiving 4 different file formats which are most used in cutting machines. These are: SVG - Best with Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Studio Designer and Business Edition DXF - Best for Silhouette Basic Edition PNG - Best for photo editing software and only if transparent background is needed JPG - Best for printing

Where can I find my files after purchase?

In the last page of your checkout, there is a link at "view your digital files here" which will locate you to your instant download file. You can also check your files under "Purchases and Reviews" section, located in your Etsy account. Etsy also emails the download link to your email address so you might wanna check it out to view your files. If you can't still find your file, just send me a message and I will email to you directly.

What fonts are you using?

Unfortunately, I don't share the names of the fonts I use in my designs. I spend hours to find the perfect font to make the best designs possible for you. Should you ever need suggestions in what font/s to use, just message me at Etsy convo and I will be glad to help.

Can you make me a custom design?

Unfortunately, HappyMebyLENIE doesn't offer customize design as of now due to my availability. But you can message me anytime to ask for a custom listing. I will tell you if I will be able to do it or not. Also, if you need some adjustments in my designs (e.g. color, size, different placing), you may contact me at Etsy convo. Usually it takes up to 12 - 24 hours before you may get the adjusted design.

Can I sell your designs commercially in my small business?

Of course! Here in HappyMebyLENIE, YOU CAN: - Use my design to create PHYSICAL PRODUCT to give as gifts or to sell as a small business up to 500 sales per design. If you think you'll sell more than 500, you may purchase our Extended License for an additional 1000 sales, or unlimited! (small and commercial use) Visit our Extended License Section and choose the license carefully. You must read the terms and conditions before purchasing. I'm having certain issues with a file. Help!

Hey, we are all humans right? Some issues may be encountered in purchasing like digital items. If you have encountered any of those issues, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can help you in any way I can. After all, I want you to enjoy using my designs!

What cutting machine do you recommend?

For me, I would recommend Silhouette Cameo 3 or Cricut cutting machine. SVG and DXF files are the best for these type of cutting machines.

Can the files be grouped or ungroup?

Some of my older digital files are grouped and the new files (uploaded in June 1 onwards) were not. If you ever need to group or ungroup them, you may contact me at Etsy convo and I will be glad to fix it and help you with your files.

Do you offer refunds?

Since all of my items are digital, strictly no refunds are allowed. But if there will be problems regarding of what you've purchased, I will help you in solving your problem and fix it in no time.

REMINDERS!!!
✔️ .SVG files are vector files and can be resized (scaled) to any size without losing image quality. Just use vector graphics software to edit my final designs.

✔️ If you have Silhouette Studio Basic Edition you can NOT drag and drop the SVG file into the work area to access the file. Please use the DXF file instead.
