Standard size is 4oz for all slimes. Mystery boxes include 8oz, 4oz, & 2oz. This is not the weight of the slime but the volume of the slime container.

Every order will receive a care instruction/business card for instructions on how to use your slime. Extra activator is also included incase your slime becomes sticky!

What if my slime arrives sticky?

A slime care card is included with your order with instructions on what to do if your slime is sticky. Free borax powder is included with every order.

What if my slime arrived cold/hard/non-stretchy?

A care card is included with your order for this. - add lotion to make it softer and stretchier - you can also use warm water but this may change the texture, rather use lotion for a better result. Do not melt slime in microwave.

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. If you have any problems about your order please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

**IMPORTANT** We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. The address you use when placing an order will be the address printed on the shipping label. If you forgot to add in your door number or postal code, let us know within one day of purchasing. Afterwards we can add it in for you, but a fee will be charged. We are constantly busy packing and shipping orders ASAP so we do not have time to change incorrect addresses. Parcels that have already been shipped with incorrect addresses are sent back to us.

⭐ Slime Care Instructions

If your slime arrives stiff or hard, warm it up in your hands or let it sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes. Cold weather can affect texture during transit.
If your slime becomes sticky, add a very small amount of the included activator and knead gently until it reaches your preferred consistency.
Always wash your hands before and after playing for the best texture.
Store your slime in the air-tight container provided to keep it fresh.
Keep slime away from fabric, carpet, hair, and pets.
Not edible. Recommended for ages 8+ with supervision.
