For custom orders we have to ask full payment up front.
Please note that all pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical, which makes each piece unique.

All jewelry comes in a small velvet bag that also serves as gift wrapping.
But for a small fee you can have something more elaborate and receive it in a jewelry box, and can also include a message card if he wish. Choose the option "This order is a gift - Add gift wrapping" before finalizing your purchase.

Other non-jewelry items (T-shirt, bags, flip flops...) we do not provide wrapping and message card.

Avoid water, perfume, cream and cleansing products.
If you need cleaning, use a flannel cloth (In the shop we have specific cloths for this purpose)

Do not store your jewelry on top of each other, separate them into boxes or sachets flannel.
Prevent oxidation by adding chalk or sílica on your jewelry box.

If you are not happy with your item, please let us know 7 days of receiving it, please do not return the item without first contacting us.

Refund will be given once the item arrives safely back to us, as long as the items are returned in their original condition (unused and with packaging).

We refund the item value, except shipping cost (approximately 7 US$, depending on the number and weights of the items) and the value of customs fees which are 23% of the total value of the order (applies to countries outside the European Union).

Unclaimed items, which are returned to us, you will be contacted and informed, and if you want a new shipment, the shipping costs will be charged (approximately 7 US$, depending on the number and weights of the items).
In these situations, refunds are not made.

All orders are sent by registered mail or international priority mail with proof of delivery and tracking number which is provided after the order has been shipped.
Tracking information is available in your Etsy account.

Items such as T-shirts, laptops, bags, pouches, and flip-flops are custom printed just for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Delivery times are an estimate according to the last shipments, this information is updated frequently, and is mentioned in the product listing in the "shipping and return policies" section.

During holidays seasons there may be delays in delivering orders, these delays are not our responsibility.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items caused by the postal service provider.
We are also not responsible for customs duties or VAT on international orders.

In any situation mentioned above, you can contact us, we will do our best to help, but please note that we do not control the shipping process, you should ask for information or file a complaint with the shipping carriers.
