4.5 out of 5 starsItem is cute but packaging for delivery was a pain. It was wrapped in paper and tape. To open, you need to use scissors and if you are not careful you can cut the item. Shelf is not level from front to back but not sure if much can be done for that.

Hello. I package and ship all my products this way, and I have never had a customer damage the product by cutting it with scissors while opening the package. If you hang the product on the wall with a beaded hanger, it will not look crooked. Because it was designed that way. I hope you have a nice day.
