After careful consideration, I have decided on a no return policy on paper products. Unlike some other items which can be restocked upon return, delicate, single sheet paper goods cannot be refurbished or sanitized properly, and I do not feel comfortable reselling these. I want my customers to rest assured that no paper products sold by Papers & Peaches have been in circulation, and that all papers have been stored and handled to the best of standards in my clean, climate-controlled studio.

However, your happiness is important to me; please reach out if there are any issues once you receive your order. Whenever possible, I will try to find a solution.

While all stringent guidelines relating to hygiene are being followed, I understand that questions may arise. Transparency is an important part of how I operate my Etsy store, and I welcome all questions regarding handling of merchandise. Whenever possible, I will do my best to accommodate special requests.

It happens quite frequently that a shipment does not show up in the USPS tracking system until it is out for delivery. I know how frustrating it can be if there is no movement on the tracking, but please rest assured that all orders are being processed in a timely manner. Thankfully, I have yet to experience a parcel being lost in the mail, but there may be some delays due to the current circumstances.

Although I am working hard to be as cautious as possible when processing orders, once in a blue moon I may make a mistake. If this happens, I will communicate clearly with you and do what I can to make it right. I know it can be frustrating if something does not unfold as expected, but I kindly ask for your understanding if an error occurs.

Posting a negative review may not be the best way to go. An open dialogue with one another is usually a more constructive approach. At the end of the day, all I want is for you to be happy.

Much effort is being placed into getting orders out in a timely manner, usually within 1 - 3 business days. Please note that USPS is currently experiencing many challenges, including delays, which may impact the forwarding of your order. Some states in the US seem to be more affected by delays than others. Papers & Peaches gives the option to purchase only 3 single napkins or 1 large sheet of paper of each design across many choices. It is something liberating about purchasing only what you need. However, shipping charges for smaller orders may appear disproportionate, especially for customers purchasing 3 napkins or 1 sheet of paper. To ensure that papers arrive in good condition and without any folds or creases, they are packed with much care. The basic shipping fee covers postage, packaging material, and Etsy listing, transaction and payment fees. It is not something that generates any profit. Please be aware that the purchase of additional items will only add a small amount to the basic shipping charges.

Whenever possible, I will be happy to combine orders. Any excess shipping charges paid will be promptly refunded.

In the event that an order comes back to Papers & Peaches due to wrong/ unknown address, a refund for the product cost minus shipping charges will be processed. Papers & Peaches cannot be held responsible for shipping charges incurred due to incorrect address details on orders. Unless specifically requested by a customer, no changes are being made to any shipping details. Please double-check shipping address prior to submitting an order. Thank you.
