“Thank you” for stopping by THE MAD STAMPERS, we hope you enjoy this uniquely designed pet tag, as much as we do. This classic pattern is a local favorite!

These tags are approximately 1-1/4" x 3/4” in size and go well with a new pup or a "well worn, old friend".

This listing is for one tag.

Each tag is individually hand-cut right here in our own shop. Using the tools of the blacksmith trade (an anvil & hammer) we hammer, forge and shape the metal into one of the most amazing ID tags you will ever own!

Each tag consists of two pieces of metal (the nameplate and the back plate) permanently soldered together to form a one-piece ID tag.

Your tag will be created using solid Copper, Brass or Nickel. You can choose any combination of materials you would like, to create an ID tag you can call your own.

Your pet’s name will be hand-stamped on the nameplate in our ‘whimsical font style’ shown in the listing photos (#1 & 2).

But, we don’t stop there – No ID tag is complete without the vital information needed to get your pet home, should they ever become lost.

We offer two great options – each is unique and different – allowing you to create an ID tag that fits your pet’s lifestyle and BEST OF ALL everything is included in the price of your tag.


OPTION 1:
For the more *refined and reserved* pet, we offer engraving… (as shown in thumbnail photo #3 ).

We have blended the Old World art of blacksmithing with the precision of Modern Day computerized engraving – offering you the opportunity to have additional personalized information added to the back of your tag.

Your information will be cut in to the surface of the metal, and then darkened – so it reads as clear as the print in a book.

For the best appearance and ease of reading – may we suggest 1-3 lines of engraving.

(We DO NOT recommend this option when using other forms of ID, such as rabies tags, etc.)

OPTION 2:
For the more *ruff and rugged* pet, we offer a fully hand-stamped tag… (as shown in thumbnail photo #4 ).

In continuing with the folk art tradition, we will hand-stamp one or two phone numbers (sorry numerals only, no text) on to the back of your tag.

(This option is a great choice and is RECOMMENDED for used with other ID products, such as rabies tags, etc.)

We ship your tag completely assembled – including the split rings – ready to be attached to your pet’s collar, leash, halter or bridle.
