A beautifully detailed Raven Skull necklace. It's a magnificent looking piece of jewelry, and one of the first skulls I ever worked on.

There’s plenty of great detail here and although there’s an area of solid bronze at the base of the skull below the eyes, the rest of the skull is largely hollow, just like the real thing. The bail (that's the small hoop at the back of the skull) is incorporated into the design and the skull hangs off a generous jump ring which gives the raven the movement it needs. A little bit Gothic, a little bit rock and roll, and very, very cool.

The raven is the symbol of magic and is often considered a bit of a trickster, revered and respected in equal measure in Native American culture as a messenger from the cosmos and creature of metamorphosis. Powerful stuff indeed.

The Raven Skull measures 30mm from the back of skull to the tip of the beak, and about 14mm at its widest point.

The skull comes on your choice of chain or leather - all leather necklaces are adjustable and come with our signature Lost Apostle clasp (shown in the last photo).
