Returns/Exchange Policy

Fabric masks are hygiene products and can not be returned or exchanged. Returns for refunds are not offered due to the nature of the product & customizations we offer. In case of exceptions where seller approves an exchange, items can be returned for exchange value less shipping & restock fee. Buyer pays for shipping on exchange items. Item must be mailed within 3 days of receipt. The buyer pays return shipping. The exchange value will be $1.50 per item less restocking fee to cover labor & packaging & card processing cost incurred and not recoupable. Buyer can only exchange their first order placed and not subsequent exchanges items. Please contact immediately upon receipt if you need to exchange. No exchanges offered after 3 of receipt.

This mask is made with lightweight cotton fabric, perfect for the summer. The Optional filter insert is a 3rd layer that can be removed and used as needed.

COTTON WOMEN'S MASKS
Styles A-K styles most measure approx 5.25” x 8.5” on most styles and perfect for average and petite face adults and children 12 yrs and up. Some patterns maybe slightly larger at 5.5 x 8.5 inches and pls note this. Our pattern sizes changed from 2020 to 2021 so new measurements are slightly larger to accommodate more face shapes. Made with lightweight cotton fabric, perfect for the summer.
