What if my order arrives damaged?

In the unfortunate circumstance that your order arrives damaged, our shop must be notified within 7 days of receiving the order. Before a refund or replacement is issued, the customer must take the damaged items to their local post office for inspection. The post office will fill out a PS form 3831 and provide you a copy. A copy of this form, must be sent to us through "convos" on Etsy, and, from there, we'll work together, with you, to decide whether you'd like a replacement or refund.

If for some reason you need to cancel your order, you must send a "Convo" through Etsy within 2 hours of the order being placed. We do not accept cancellations outside of this window, and cancellations will not be accepted due to not understanding the processing time. Please read all processing/shipping times before placing the order.

Can I return an item?

On the rare occasion we allow a return, buyers are subject to a restocking charge, at our discretion. There will be no allowances for returns on personalized items.

It measures 9-1/2" dia and is 9" tall. This is a BRAND NEW crock (Ohio Stoneware) - never used. It is not an antique.

Due to the variants in the production process of these crocks, you may notice slight variations in shape, color, and texture. No two pieces are exactly alike, which makes them unique and one of a kind.

Use this crock as it was intended - fermenting foods such as sauerkraut or pickles - OR - as decor. Once we are out of freeze/frost danger we'll be using as a flower pot container to decorate the porch. Since the crock does not have drainage, it's best to set an already established flower pot (with drainage) inside your crock.

This design comes in matte black. Designs are applied using permanent, high quality vinyl, which can withstand outdoor elements. Do not put in a dishwasher.

We include a little bow around the top rim, to give your crock a finished 'farmhouse-feel' look.
