We now ship from both the US and Azerbaijan. Most of our items are shipped from the US and should arrive in 5-7 days. The items that are listed in the title as 'Shipping from Azerbaijan' are shipped from Azerbaijan and you should expect your item to arrive in 20-30 days. In the rare case that your package gets lost in the mail in shipping from Azerbaijan, we offer to send a new item similar to what you ordered or refund your money. Please wait till 30 days after your item has been marked shipped until you contact us that your item has not come.

The yarn we use for all of our socks is 50% wool blend and is pre-shrunk that comes from Turkey. You can wash your slippers in the washer, but if they have suede bottoms, it is recommended that you don't dry them in the dryer.

The socks are stretchy and will fit a range of sizes. With the suede bottoms they are less stretchy. Socks will stretch out slightly during wear. The socks are sized to fit snugly. If you prefer your socks looser to fit, buy a larger size.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

If you are not satisfied with your item and are able to return this item to our distribution center in Colorado, US, we can refund or exchange. If you are not able to ship back your item because you are living in another country, we recommend giving this item as a gift!

You are responsible for any taxes that may apply while picking up your item from the post office. We can offer only partial refunds for items shipped to Europe and then returned because you were not willing to pay the custom fee. We can offer refund minus the postage fee for these instances.
