Beautifully crafted earrings, that I absolutely love! Christiana was a pleasure to work with. She has a liberal return policy- an essential for me, and sent the earrings out to me quickly. They were well packed and arrived safely. She has so many beautiful pieces, it was hard to choose. I’m sure I will be buying another piece soon!

This woman make a big deal about returns, and she has a 20% restocking fee. I thought only electronics had restocking fees. I never heard about it concerning jewelry, before. When the jewelry comes back, she has to check that it is in pristine condition, which can be subjective, even if you return it in perfect condition. It's ironic that she sells Buddhist oriented jewelry because she doesn't seem to have a Buddhist mindset concerning her return policy, and there is one apparently and you should DEFINITELY READ IT(according to the vendor) before you buy anything from her. But as I told her, "I've thrown money away before."

I have never had to do this before and I find it quite sad.I have been here since 2006 and seen many changes.In all those years only 3-4 people didn't get a full refund.I wasn't even finished w/Lisa (she decided to keep 1 pair) So while I'm trying to work out her partial refund...she wrote this review. I suggest you read my customer service,shipping etc. for your self. (Oh and i gift wrapped these earrings at no charge).Every shop has its on Policies for several reasons, and you need only to send item back in the condition you received it. Thank you.
