The package is on the way and will arrive a bit late! I apologize for your disappointment.But you are misleading- we corresponded, and you received a promise that I follow up until you are satisfied.(There was a delay in the departure because of the war and there is currently a USPS delay because holiday rush) You already guaranteed a refund just send the product back- matter of days. It is sad to see the lack of understanding and patience,in a situation over which I have no control; you received a prompt and warm response in private. Your choice to write a negative public review, and harm my livelihood, because of your slight disappointment, indicates more about you than about my customer service. Again I'm sorry you had to wait a bit-I am available for you, as usual, to respond to a refund or any other request.
