How do I find my size?

There is a size chart located within the description of each listing, with instructions on how to measure your child. Because we understand ordering online can be difficult, we offer exchanges for size, color or style . I must be contacted within 7 days of delivery and the exchange must be received back with 14 days of delivery, but dye lots can change. This is firm.

When will my item ship?

Processing times vary by season, but are shown on each product page. An Estimate of time needed to process your order and then "estimated" shipping time is displayed. We recommend ordering 6 to 8 weeks before your event. This gives you extra time in between ordering and your need by date. As we do not offer returns, ordering within a week of your event is not recommended. Any package that is received after your event can not be returned. **Please note the carrier gives "estimated" dates of arrival, they are around about timeframes.

Can I request a specific date for my delivery?

If you have an upcoming event and need your item by a certain date please reach out via "message seller", to see if we can accommodate your request. We will try our best to help. Please note that we can not guarantee specific delivery dates. Once we ship your package the post office provides a timeframe for delivery even if you order priority. Packages can be delayed due to increased online shopping, holidays, weather delays and more. We do not refund orders that are delayed or lost by USPS or arrive after your event date. Priority Mail comes with $100 insurance, but standard free shipping does not have insurance.

We offer exchanges for size and/or color in the USA. No exchanges for international orders. We do not accept returns/refunds for any orders. All sales are final If you need to exchange, you must contact the shop within 7 days of delivery and exchanges must be received within 14 days of delivery. Our dresses are sent out unscented, any dresses that have been worn, damaged, washed, smell of smoke, perfume or detergent/softener, will be denied. Place a new order for our "Dress Exchange" for each dress you want to exchange. Details are in the listing.

Delays/Lost or Stolen

Your tracking number is emailed to you and can be seen in your order history on Etsy if you created an account. Delays are very common these days and we understand they are inconvenient. Once we ship your package we are not responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages by USPS. We do not offer returns/refunds should this occur. If you are concerned of the whereabouts of your package and it states" delivered" and you have not received it, please reach out to the carrier, as we cannot see any further information then you can.
