To launder, fasten snaps/buttons, turn garment inside out and wash in cold water on gentle cycle. Dry on LOW heat or hang to dry.
Items with sequins or beading cannot be machine dried.
If sequined patches become curled after washing hang to dry and iron on hottest setting with no steam from inside to flatten the patches.
Hold iron in place for 15-30 seconds. If desired do another 15 seconds.

After you purchase of a custom jacket, I will contact you on this site when I get to your order to start the the design process, unless it is a name only jacket. I will send pictures of my design based on your patch choices for you to approve or edit. There are always many good options to choose from. I won’t stop until we find exactly the look you are going for.
I like to design after the sale because this time is part of your purchase. I try to limit my time to customers who are waiting for their jackets to be created and delivered in a timely fashion.

The patches are pre-colored when I get them. There is a reference chart above in the listing photos. EX:
All a’s are green, All b’s are pink, etc.
I can change light colors to darker colors but I cannot change the dark colors such as green and red.

I love to design with customers’ input. That way they’re assured to love their purchase. However there are times when i must make the final design plan. For instance, the customer chooses desired patches but they are all small. I will add one more to fill out the over all design.

I do all orders in the order that they are received. Generally speaking I have your order in the mail 10 days to 14 days after purchase. If it’s a slow period of course it will be sooner. If you need it by a certain date I will do all that I can to help you out. If you need it very quickly please choose expedited shipping. I will work overtime to get it in the mail within 3 days or less.

I wanted to keep you updated on the status of your order. Due to disruptions from COVID-19 and potential shipping carrier delays, there’s a chance your package may not arrive on the originally estimated date. Rest assured I’ll keep you updated along the way as I get new information from the carrier. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions.

I do not accept returns or cancellations. When an order is generated I order and pay for your jacket.
If there is a problem with your jacket, I will do all I can to make it right. I cannot be responsible for the fit though.

I encourage input from all customers regarding their jacket design. I like to start with your choices and then build a theme from there.

Once I get to your jacket in the order that orders were placed, I will send customer 1-2 or 3 designs to approve or edit. If I have not heard back in 72 hours I will proceed with the design that looks best taking instruction from your original order.
