Do you make custom orders?

Yes, I can make custom signs up to 24”. Please message me with details of your request and I can sketch a sample design for you. Once approved, I’ll create a custom listing for you to purchase. My normal turnaround time on custom orders is 2-3 weeks. Are other sizes available?

Yes, I can make most signs smaller or larger. The largest size I ship is 24” x 24”. Please message me with your request before ordering and I’ll create a custom listing for you to purchase. My normal turnaround time for custom orders is 2-3 weeks.

Cancellations and Returns

I accept cancellations within 48 hours of purchase only. At that time your sign will be cut and ready for painting. Rush orders can be canceled but won’t be refunded. Signs are made when ordered, therefore I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Are door hangers sealed for outdoor use?

All door hangers are sealed on the front side with a clear, glossy spray sealer and are ready to hang on a door that preferably has a covered porch. For durability, I recommend keeping out of direct weather (sun, wind, rain, snow). The backside is unfinished.

How do you cut your signs?

I use a laser cutter that leaves a natural burned edge to the sign. It allows for more intricate designs to be cutout. Laser cut signs are painted on the front only. Scroll saw cut signs are painted on the front and edges only. I do not paint the backs of any signs unless requested.

Most items are shipped via USPS or UPS. Track your package on the corresponding website. USPS rate adjustments effective April 4, 2022: Packages over 22” will be charged shipping + an additional $4. Packages over 30” will be charged shipping + an additional $15. These are direct USPS charges and can be found online.

Damaged or lost items

Unfortunately, items can arrive to the customer in a damaged state or get lost in transit. Most items are shipped USPS Priority Mail and this includes insurance for your purchase. If an item arrives damaged, message me photos of the damaged item and packaging. I will provide you with the link to start your claim on the USPS website. USPS requires the damaged item and all packaging be brought to your local post office for inspection. If your claim is approved, they will mail payment directly to you. If your package is lost or stolen, visit USPS.com/help/missing-mail Complete a help request to begin the search.
