When making your purchase, please leave your information in the required "Personalization" area or in the 'note to themadstampers' box, when checking out. Please DO NOT leave your information in both areas. Use one of the convenient 'copy & paste' forms provided below.

When typing your information we are 'case sensitive' - type your information the way you would like it on your tag. Your phone number will be formatted as: xxx.xxx.xxxx
For hand-stamping we will use dots between the numbers and for engraving we will use either dots or dashes, depending on how your order is typed. We do not stamp special characters or accent marks.

OPTION 1: ENGRAVING
For the more *refined and reserved* pet, we offer engraving… (as shown in thumbnail photo # 3)
We have blended the Old World art of blacksmithing with the precision of Modern Day computerized engraving – offering you the opportunity to have additional personalized information added to the back of your tag.
For the best appearance and ease of reading – may we suggest 1-4 lines of engraved information (up to 20 characters per line; including spaces and punctuation.)
(We DO NOT recommend this option when using other forms of ID products, such as rabies tag, etc... or when your tag will contact another hard surface.)

OPTION 2: HAND-STAMPING
For the more *ruff and rugged* pet, we offer a fully hand-stamped tag… (as shown in thumbnail photo # 4)
In continuing with the folk art tradition, we will hand-stamp ONE phone number (sorry numerals only, no text) on to the back of your tag.
(This option is a great choice and is RECOMMENDED for use with other ID products, such as rabies tag, etc...)
