• Sizing measurements are specific to our collars. We suggest each buyer measure their dog’s neck/current collar prior to purchasing to ensure the correct size. Upon collar arrival you will need to adjust the fit to your dog.

• Each collar is made to order. Pattern placement and actual colors may vary.

• We do not recommend our collars for dogs that are heavy scratchers as scratching at the collar could cause discoloration or fraying at the ribbon. We will not provide refunds if a collar has been damaged due to scratching.

• Free shipping for orders $35+ is First Class and within the US only.

• Once USPS marks the package as delivered the seller is relieved of responsibility for the package.
