If you didn't purchase a tracking number, I have no way to know where your order is. Please be aware that in some cases your item could take up to two months to arrive, especially to the US or other places overseas. My order did not arrive. Can you send a replacement?

If you did purchase a tracking number and two months have passed since the shipping date - yes! I will send you a replacement without any extra cost. If you did NOT purchase a tracking number, your package was not insured against loss and therefore I won't be able to send you a replacement, since I put that information in several disclaimers on each item and on my profile.

I put the wrong address!

If you noticed that something is wrong with your address AFTER you bought the item and BEFORE I marked it as shipped, feel free to message me! But your order comes back to me due to a mistake in your address, I will have to charge you shipping once again. So it is in both our interest to doublecheck that everything is correct! ♥
