I purchased the duffle bag as a gift and had hoped to receive it prior to departing on an upcoming trip; however due to unforeseen circumstances our departure date had to be moved up and I would not have received the bag on time. I contacted the company and made arrangements for pick up at their warehouse. The staff was very accommodating. The bag is beautiful and exactly as described. Bonus: being at their facilities allowed me to see in person, the other items that they have. All beautifully done and the styles are timeless / classic. I hope to purchase from them again soon.

I bought one for my boyfriend’s 25th!! he is absolutely in love with the bag and the high quality of its make. When I received the bag there was a broken zipper, but they sent me a replacement in a short time - great reliable customer service! now we just have to take it on some adventures
