Typically only the lighter woods (white oak and maple) can be personalized, but there may be exceptions. Take a look at the specific listing to see if the personalization option is available. We make our Lanterncozies(tm) to fit 3 sizes of glass. The small is 4"x5", the medium is 5"x5" and the large is 6.5"x7". The "final" size of the item is about a 1/4 inch wider since thats the cozie surrounding the glass. The small/medium only have one lace, but the large has two.

Our lanterncozies(tm) are natural wood, with a solvent free oil to protect the wood. If you need to clean the glass (for example, removing the wax), the feature of the cozie is that you remove it, clean the glass (you may put the glass in the dishwasher for example) and then put the cozie back on. Our recommendation is to use LED based candles for safety. When inserting the cozie back on, put the glass bottom into the top of the cozie (laced up). Its easier that way.

Our spare cozies go on lanterns that our customers have bought from us. The cozies are available in Large, Medium and Small in the designs we make. They are specific to the sizes of glass we sell as they are a wood product and arent flexible like a rubber cozie kind of thing. Its a unique product and you will like it on the glass and the way it fits. The cozies are removable so you can clean the glass, but they are delicate to some degree as they are natural wood. Since they go AROUND the glass, even a 1/4" (1cm) variation in the glass diameter would result in the cozie not fitting (1/4" diameter turns into a circumference change of over 3/4" for example).

We usually use Expedited shipping in Canada and Tracked packet/expedited in USA shipments. We usually ship an order the next day and it has taken 2 days to 2 weeks to make it through the Canada/USPS systems to the buyer, regardless of destination interestingly. For the holiday season, a lot of shopping goes online. If we look at a typical 1 week delivery normally, that can easily grow to 3 weeks as December approaches. As such, we cant stress enough that if you are interested in buying, then to do it as-soon-as-possible ! Try and keep abreast of changes that USPS implements and if it looks tricky, get in touch (message) us to see what can be done. (ship fedex, ups for example for slightly more $) Thanks!
