✔ For best printing results, please print on INKJET printer and select HIGH print quality.
✔ Use cardstock that is compatible with your printer -- recommend cardstock 110lb+.
✔ Follow the cut lines -- recommend using a paper trimmer and start with the long side of the page, but not cut through to paper edge. Then rotate 90 degrees and cut through each cut lines thoroughly.

ANSWERS TO FAQS FOR THIS PRODUCT:
✔ The fillable text field font is Times New Roman and unfortunately cannot be changed due to export settings to a PDF form.
✔ The existing text cannot be edited as they are outlined/flattened prior to exporting to avoid font issues and individual computers not recognizing fonts.
