The coat is fabulous: good quality, beautiful, and fits very well. Slightly slow delivery, but to be super fair it was nearer the end of the year, so the holidays may have factored. The customer service support to help me the delivery was excellent. I could tell they very much cared about making sure I got my package. I will definitely be ordering from Nikkiplace again.
