This 20 x 28 frame package is a museum quality archival solution that will prevent fading and discoloration from UV light sources which erases details, and air pollutants which can yellow art prints and photos and causes inks to discolor.

Acid is the enemy of photos and fine art prints and it's just waiting to destroy. Acid in paper and framing materials can cause yellowing, deterioration, and ruin not only the frame and mat, but the art as well. It may look perfect when you first frame it, however, artwork that yellows and turns brittle isn't worth displaying for long.

Selecting framing materials that are acid-free will make a huge difference in the lifespan of your framed photos and prints. Now you can completely protect your photographic memories and artwork in an acid-free framing solution, for much less that what you would pay in a framing shop.

GLAZING: Our glazing is made UV treated acrylic, and protects your sealed art prints from the elements. Our smaller frames use a specially treated UV glass that effectively blocks 99% of harmful ultraviolet light that can degrade a print over time.

Our larger frames use a specially coated UV Acrylic, as it's a much safer glazing material than glass, it's one third of the weight. When glass breaks, it can injure YOU, and damage your artwork. Acrylic is extremely tough, and much less prone to breakage.

MATTING: We only use acid-free, museum quality, 4-ply mats with our framing solutions. The purpose of the mat is to separate your artwork from the surface of the glazing to prevent it from sticking and degrading your prints and photos. The mat included in this package is a 4-ply acid-free mat in pure white.

BACKING: A acid-free backer board is what holds all of the framing components in place and helps to seal the artwork from the elements and protect it.

I ship these completed framing packages worldwide from my studio in Cheverly, MD in 1-2 weeks from when your order has been placed. Your frames are protected with sturdy wrapping and packaging and shipped in a rigid new or recycled box to ensure it arrives in the same condition as when it was shipped. Your frame will arrive safely, or I will replace it.
