Shipping times vary per item and per time of year. Expect the highest shipping times during the holiday season (October-January), and please make sure to order at least 5-6 weeks in advance for Christmas Day arrivals! Right now, most custom shipping times are around 2-4 weeks depending on each item. Please check the info section under each listing, some items can be shipped within days depending on materials and product.

I gladly accept returns on items that are broken, damaged or wrong/missing orders. For any items that come different than expected but are otherwise functional and in good condition, buyer will provide shipping label costs and a rerun is subjective upon each individual order. I will provide you a free return label and provide a full refund or remake (your choice) to any damaged or significantly wrong items I send. I do not accept returns on items for reasons outside of my direct creative control.

Item came crack chipped and she told me it’s part of her imperfections disclaimer. I the customer will be paying for shipping the items back even when item is cracked/chipped. What kind of business makes the customer pay for return shipping on a defective/damaged item?

Small bubbles are extremely common with resin and are nearly impossible to avoid, especially on the bottom of items like these, so this falls under TKB's "minor imperfections to be expected" listed in TKB shop return policies. We determined this item was not damaged and therefore not eligible for a return/refund. I quickly offered to create replacements or process a full refund regardless of TKB policies in an attempt to accommodate this buyer. She was unfortunately still unhappy with these options. Future buyers: Please be aware of TKB shop policies. They are posted publicly throughout the shop as well as each listing. We do not accept returns on items unless they are damaged and/or wrongly made orders. I happily cover 100% shipping costs for damaged and wrong items!
