Custom and personalized orders

All orders are personally customized for optimum quality. It takes 1-2 weeks to manufacture though urgent orders are also taken.

Shipping is done by INDIAPOST, USPS or FEDEX/DHL. All parcels are insured. Standard Shipping is $ 15.00 by USPS-Delivery in 5-8 Business days. Expedited Courier Shipping is $ 35.00 -delivery in 3-5 Business Days. There may be delays due to local holidays and customs.

Returns, Refunds and Reviews.

We have a 100% Money back Policy in case of any manufacturing defects. Customs orders are non-refundable unless due to a manufacturing defect. Reviews: We make all efforts to provide excellent products with prompt delivery. However, due to the online nature of selling, some differences may happen in the actual orders received. All the items are custom made. All Ring sizes are available. Standard length of necklaces is 18 inches unless otherwise mentioned.In case you wish to order a smaller or longer length that is possible.

Do your items require any special care?

Jewelry items are delicate and need proper care. They should be kept away from strong perfumes and other chemicals. For cleaning, only mild soap and lukewarm water is sufficient. Mild bristle brush can be used to remove the dirt and grime. There is no need of any expensive cleaning equipment.

Black Diamonds are of Carbonado variety. Carbonado, commonly known as the "Black Diamond", is the toughest form of natural diamond. It is found primarily in Central Africa Republic and in Brazil. Black Diamonds when mined are Grey in color. They are treated with High Pressure and High Temperature (HPHT). This treatment does not alter the nature of the Diamonds and neither does it diminish its value. They are not irradiated and neither any artificial coloring matter or chemicals added to the same. We sell all our Diamonds with Certification of Authenticity – Not from GIA,IGI etc since they charge very high certification costs which will defeat the very purpose of selling the Diamonds inexpensive and affordable.

About Colored Diamonds.

The Diamonds are large in size and are thus slightly included as all real diamonds are. However, they are cut and polished by highly experienced artisan and thus have an excellent shine, luster and sparkle. All colored Diamonds are treated to enhance their natural colors. We only use natural process of HPHT – High pressure and high temperature. No additives like coloring matter or chemicals are added. They are not Moissanites as Moissanites are Lab created and hence they will lose their color,shine and sparkle in a short time. Our diamonds will remain as they are forever. We will provide lab certification alongwith the Diamonds.Jewelers are not experienced to evaluate these Diamonds and they may be biased in their analysis.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

This is an elegant rough black diamond bracelet. The bracelet looks spectacular. It is a unisex bracelet. For men I can use a simple black diamond clasp with a one carat diamond as an option.

Shipping:
Shipping is by USPS/SPEEDPOST/FEDEX or similar shipping agencies to reach you in 9-12 business days after processing the order. Tracking is provided.
You may upgrade to Expedited shipping by FEDEX or DHL for $ 30.00 which will take 4-6 business days to deliver after payment and processing.
Please note: Jewelry items can take up to 5-12 business days to process to take care of ring sizing if any, polishing, finishing, packing and handling, certification, documentation etc.
Shipping charges are:
Shipping Charges include packaging, certification costs, manpower costs, overheads, taxes etc. in addition to actual courier/postal expenses which have increased substantially as a result of pandemic. We do not artificially increase the price of the products to include shipping charges but only charge what shipping actually costs us.

Payment:

Customs and Taxes:
Any customs duties, charges and local taxes are subject to local laws and vary from country to country and hence the payment of any eventual custom duties, charges, levies and taxes etc. will be at the buyer's expense. We do not have any control on the same.
Returns & Refunds:
You can return the item within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Please return in original packing. Buyers are required to check and ensure that the item/s are in good condition and as per item listing on Esty as no claims for returns and refunds will be entertained thereafter. The returned item should be unused and in original and undamaged condition. Buyer will be required to ensure that the item is sent by trackable shipper. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are made by etsy and may take up to 5-7days after receiving back the product/s.
