All items are created after purchase and shipped after creation. We do our absolute best to ensure your order is made & ships quickly, however please note that sometimes we receive multiple/large orders at one time. We do strive to meet the deadline expectation shown at checkout.

Postal (USPS) delays are out of our control.

If you will need your item sooner than delivery date shown at checkout, please reach out to us prior to purchase to ensure we can accommodate your request. ❤️

We recycle boxes, don’t be surprised when you see a box with amazon/target, etc. The shipping label will include our name or Etsy. If your item is marked as a gift we won’t use a recycled box to ensure a beautiful gift.

Once your item is picked up by USPS, it unfortunately is out of our hands. However, if there are delays we do not mind reaching out to USPS but their response time is slow. To have your item to you sooner after creation, please select 1-4 day priority shipping, as first class can take 7 or more days. There is an option for 1-2 day “overnight”, it is pricier and isn’t covered with free shipping on orders of $35 or more and to be paid by the buyer.

Christmas orders, please expect delays and any orders placed after December 6th will not arrive until after Christmas, this could change but I highly doubt it.

Currently, we have also noticed slight delays with USPS pickup and delivery.

if ordering multiple or large items at one time, your items may ship separately. This is especially for bulk order rose balls or bouquets. Due to the size shipping cost can be outrageous therefore we will ship items separately but at the same time so arrival time will be pretty close together. This also ensures items arrive in excellent condition with plenty of room. Please also consider additional creating time, our items are made with many hours of hard work and love. 🤍

IMPORTANT: ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER December 12th. WILL NOT ARRIVE UNTIL AFTER CHRISTMAS. Please checkout with priority shipping any time before then to ensure timely arrival. If you need to place a large order before Christmas, please check with us first to make sure it will arrive on time. If needing orders before Christmas we recommend placing your order before that time. We highly recommend priority shipping as first class during the holiday season is very slow, and priority is a bit quicker but we expect some delays and would like to be prepared to ensure timely delivery.

Please note Etsy will provide an estimated delivery time and this isn’t always accurate for large orders. It’s looking at the time it would take for one item not all items. For large orders please consider additional time to create. As always us you have a deadline, please feel free to check with us prior to ensure timely arrival. Christmas orders ordered in November will arrive in time before the holiday, orders in past December 11th may not arrive until after Christmas as this is around the time USPS may experience delays.

At this time we do NOT accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for any orders, we are such a small business and not equipped to handle cancellations/returns or exchanges. Please be sure you would like to purchase before checking out. All items are handmade after purchase and all items take time to create that we invest into each item.
