1. Where is the fabric made in and shipping from?

All the fabric at Koa Fabric is made in Korea and shipping from Korea.

2. What shipping method do you use?

Our default shipping is K-packet and EMS by Korea Post or UPS (DHL) depending on the countries the orders are made. K-packet is up to 2kg. If the order is more than 2kgs, it’s shipped by EMS or UPS. K-packet is for the countries such as Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, UK, US, and Vietnam. Tracking number will be added once shipped. Please do not choose 'U.S.' if your address is "Puerto Rico". "Puerto Rico" is set to DHL, not same as the shipping option to US.

3. How long does it take to get the orders?

K-packet : 10-14 days EMS : 7-10 days UPS : 5-7 days

4. Why is the shipping so expensive?

It is set by its weight and volume. More fabric, more shipping cost. We normally refund the postage overages if there is any left once it’s shipped. But just message me for more accurate quotation. Sometimes the automatically calculated shipping is more expensive than the actual shipping.

5. Do you offer any discount for a bulk buying?

6. What is ‘S’ means in the words of 20s, 30s, 40s, etc.?

S is the British Yarn count. It refers to that how many 840 yards of the yarn’s length, which is what the number of yarns counts with a pound yarn under the public moisture regain. For example, a 30 count yarn means you need 30 yarns of 840 yards length to make it one pound weight. The thicker the yarn, the smaller the S value of the yarn, for example, the 40S yarn is thinner than the 20S yarn.

7. What does “Bio-wash” mean?

Bio-Wash is a fabric finishing procedure that improves textile consistency by reducing fraying and unevenness in (cellulose) stitched garments. This finishing technique is used on cellulose clothes to create long-lasting results through the application of enzymes. This procedure eliminates protruding threads and slobs from quilted fabric, substantially decreases pilling, softens the textile side, and gives the farbic a seamless look.
