This digital sign is provided as described. If you like this design, but want another color, text or size changes, please contact me. I will provide instructions to purchase a personalized order.


R E F U N D S

Once I have created your design, it can not be returned or exchanged. If you need to cancel your order and I have not started your design, please get in touch with me asap for a full refund. I do not provide a refund once the design process has started.


TURN-AROUND TIME

Personalized and custom orders I will send to you within 24-48 hours after your order has been placed. The time frame does not include the weekends, holidays, and vacations!

I M P O R T A N T !

+ I sell only digital files, I do not offer printing and shipping services. I do recommend using a local print shop (Staples, FedEx Kinkos, Office Depot) for printing. I recommend paper 80/110lb heavy (200/300gr).

+ Do not try to view or to print files from your phone or tablet. When you download items to these devices, it reduces the quality and your item may print pixelated.

+ When purchasing personalized and custom orders, please ensure you carefully review all proofs for spelling and grammar errors before approving them. I’m not responsible for any spelling or grammar errors that remain after you have approved your final proof. The design software used does not contain spell check, that’s why I do ask that you pay special attention to grammar and spelling when approving a proof.

+ All designs are completed and I am the only one who can edit them. Files are not editable by the client or anyone else; instead, they are sent over as PDFs and JPGs. I also do not reveal the font names I use. This is done in order to protect my designs.

+ Please note that color may vary from what you see on screen due to monitor calibration setting, printout setting, and material/paper type.

+ By purchasing digital files, you agree to my shop's policies and to use my digital prints for PERSONAL and NON-COMERCIAL USE ONLY. Purchase does not transfer ownership of copyright.
