How long does E-design take?

E-design does not mean 'express' design ; ) And while the process is pretty slick and easy, it IS still a process and takes time and feedback/cooperation from both sides to succeed. For the custom room designs, once we begin, the entire process usually takes about 10 days. For interior and exterior color palettes, you'll get your first round of renderings/color choices the day you are schedule, and sometimes I nail it ; ) And sometimes some back and forth is required. For KITCHENS, the process can take a bit longer as I highly recommend getting samples of the items we select along the way so you can see them in person and know they are perfect for what you need. So, all this to say...e-design is not instant design ; )

What is the download I'm receiving, I wanted a custom design?

For all the packages you will receive a DOWNLOADABLE QUESTIONNAIRE in your Etsy purchase history. This is how you get the personalized information about your project to me : ) It will walk you through everything I need on my end and you can tell me all the details and preferences you might have. You will return it to me via EMAIL (not through Etsy please) and then I'll get you on the schedule. If you have trouble finding the download, just let me know and I can also email it to you : )

What is the expedite option?

The expedite option came about from people needing their Exterior Color options more quickly than the 'regular' wait time allowed. So, you can pay an extra fee to be bumped further up the line if you have the need for a quick turn-around. However, sometimes even my expedite slots fill up quickly! So it is always prudent to email me for the exact date of the next available expedite spot if you need your colors by a certain day.

Can you work with any budget?

FOR SURE! I am a specialist at AFFORDABLE design, which is actually trickier than working with a large budget. I pride myself on being able to source amazing products for less! However, I can also work with larger budgets. And, if you have specific stores you like or know you want a specific piece from a certain store, just let me know and we can work that into your custom e-design with no problem!

Can you work with international client's?

Yes, but it can be tricky : ) I do nearly all my sourcing from Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock and Etsy, with a few other place sprinkled in depending on the project. So if you cannot receive shipments from these places, it can be pretty hard to do. Some of my international client's will just use my design as 'inspiration' or a jumping off point for the purchases they make locally. It is best for you to contact me directly if you are not in the US and we can discuss a plan to make e-design work for you : )

Please understand that if I don't hear from you for more than 30 consecutive days your project, whatever it is, will be considered CLOSED with no refund. Due to the nature of the design process, stopping for long periods of time makes it very hard to pick back up again. Continued communication is expected throughout the duration of your project. THANKS!

This is for KITCHEN FINISHES SELECTIONS, including cabinet style/color, countertop material and color, backsplash tile, lighting and hardware. It does not include decor, but I do have the Accessories Only package for that. Please understand that the design process is indeed a 'process' and especially for kitchen selections it will be a collaborative, step-by-step process. If you are in a hurry, this might not be the package for you. Feel free to message me for more information on the process if you'd like : )

I do not do cabinet layouts. Whatever vendor you are using to purchase your cabinets will do this for FREE for you. Even places like Lowes, Home Depot and Ikea. They fit the products they have into the dimensions you provide so it has to be the vendor you want to actually use.

**Please, also note that there are times where I am busy and backed up as much as 2-3 weeks, so if you are in a hurry, please reach out to see current turnaround times. I do have the expedite option to bump you to the front of the line if needed.
