Umberto was a true gentleman right from the start. Even though there are quite a few hours' time difference, he was always quickly responding to my questions. Once I determined that this was the piece I wanted, we discussed different shipping options, and he was so helpful and really made the whole deal come together. Once the item arrived I was once again blown away by the superb packing. And the piece itself is everything that I was expecting and more. I am so very pleased.
